Hello! I am Kerry Kelter Lino from Harare,Zimbabwe.I had bouts of occasional trouble in breathing. Our family was really concerned about my health.We did my cardiology screening at Medical Imaging center /Baines intercare medical center in Harare Zimbabwe.
The finding were suggestive of a pericardial effusion - left ventricle to pericardial fistula.
There were two prominent pseudo aneurysm from the left ventricle.
I was advised to come to India for Medical treatment.

A successful CABG ( By-Pass Heart Surgery ) for a Nigerian guest-CMCS Health

Mr Ajiya Kontagora Muhammad from Kontagora ,Niger state ,Nigeria had three blocked arteries in heart. He also was diabetic and hypertensive. He was recommended by his treating Nigerian Doctor for a by pass heart surgery ( CABG).

All the doctors were of opinion that Mr. Ajiya required a CABG or By pass Heart Surgery.

CABG ( By Pass Heart Surgery ):

Bypass surgery is also known as open heart surgery or coronary artery bypass graft. The Procedure involves taking a blood vessel from another part of the body usually the arm, leg or chest and attaching it to the affected coronary artery above and below the narrowed area or blockage. This new blood vessel is known as a graft. Sometimes more than one graft is needed depending on how severe coronary heart disease is and how many of the coronary blood vessels have become narrowed.

CMCS Health emailed opinion of Indian medical specialists with course and cost of treatment ,India ad hospital stay required ,cost of logistics and all other relevant details to Mr. Ajiya.

Mr. Ajiya selected Dr Rajneesh Malhotra Chairman CTVS ,Max superspeciality hospital, Saket ,New Delhi,India as his treating doctor.

Mr. Ajiya was asked to send passport copies of himself and his medical attendant for VISA assistance letter.

A Visa Assistance Letter was send to Indian High commission in Abuja, Nigeria with a copy to Mr. Ajiya.
CMCS Health helped Mr. Ajiya and his medical attendant for procuring their medical visas for their India Visit.

After Getting the Indian medical visa ,Mr. Ajiya informed CMCS Health about their travel itinerary.

CMCS Health scheduled their appointments with treating doctors and booked a guest house with a fully furnished kitchen for their outside hospital stay in India.
 


Mr Ajiya was received at the New Delhi Airport by CMCS Health MD,himself.


 Mr. Ajiya at IGI airport New Delhi ,after a long flight taking his morning snacks ,as he had to take his diabetes and BP medicines.


Mr. Ajiya was transported to Max Superspeciality Hospital,Saket,New Delhi.for his scheduled appointment with dr Rajneesh Malhotra. 


Dr Rajneesh Malhotra Chairman CTVS ,Max super speciality hospital ,examined Mr. Ajiya and recommended for an ECHO and other tests for deciding course of treatment.

On receiving of test reports Mr. Ajiya was admitted in hospital for a CABG ( Bypass Heart Surgery) .



Post Surgery ICU stay for Mr. Ajiya was uneventful and he was shifted to a normal Ward for follow up.





Mr Ajiya was discharged from hospital after a successful CABG surgery and was shifted to his guest house for recovery and follow up.


Mr Ajiya was taken back to Max Hospital for stitches removal and follow up from his guest house.


A customary Successful treatment ceremony was organized by CMCS Health for Mr. Ajiya at Max Hospital attended by His treating doctor ,Dr Rajneesh Malhotra, Max Super speciality hospital and CMCS Health teams.





Mr Ajiya left Max Super speciality hospital as a healthy and cured person.

Later a complimentary eye check up for diabetic retinopathy was conducted for Mr. Ajiya at Fortis memorial research Institute Gurgaon.




Dr Anita Sethi Director - Dept of Opthalmology ,Fortis Memorial research Institute ,Gurgaon prescribed some medications for Mr. Ajiya for his eyes.


Mr Ajiya Left India as a cured and healthy person with good memories of India and Indians.
