Little princess from Tanzania approached us with request for surgery.

The elders of the family were concerned about the mysterious illness of this immensely lovable little kid from Tanzania. She was seen at one of the referral hospitals of Dar Ess Salam and was advised of possible cardiac and brain surgery.

She was having episodes of passing out all of a sudden and then when she came back to consciousness, she never remembered her sickness.

The recommendations from her treating doctors suggested a possible need for brain and cardiac surgery.

We asked the elders to send the child for evaluation. She came to us with her aunt and all the investigations were performed.

She even had to undergo strenuous cardiac output evaluation and a 24-hour video EEG to assess the cause of her mysterious sickness.
